Dr. John McBurney
Graduated from Emory University School of Medicine and completed his fellowship in integrative medicine at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. Passionate about the role that lifestyle medicine, including proper nutrition, stress reduction, and exercise plays in prevention and the delivery of true wellness.
Dr. Michael Stanton
Licensed Clinical Health Psychologist and an Assistant Professor. Clinical work in health psychology integrating mind-body skills such as mindfulness with cognitive behavioral therapy to treat health problems. Research and investigations exploring health-related behavioral change and how stress and anxiety can contribute to illness.
Dr. Tammy Scott
Currently a scientist in the Neuroscience and Aging Laboratory at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. Research is focused on the impact of nutrition on aging and cognition, neurodegenerative disorders, mood and quality of life. Extensive experience in conducting human studies.
Dr. Amanda Richardson
Dr. Amanda Richardson is a public health researcher and certified integrative health coach. A graduate of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, her doctoral dissertation and subsequent postdoctoral work focused on the intersection of migraines and mental health disorders.
Dr. Afreen Shariff
Endocrinology & metabolism specialist for Duke University Health System. An active member of The Endocrine Society, American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, and the American Diabetes Association. Believes strongly in understanding patient lifestyle and everyday challenges to tailor care plans to manage symptoms.
Dr. Jacqueline Bergman
Dr. Jacqueline Bergman is a researcher and educator. She received her PhD in nutritional biology with a minor in education from the University of California (UC), Davis. Primary research interests lie in the development and assessment of innovative on-line instructional resources and technology.

Natalie currently consults for Apple, Inc. as a corporate wellness dietitian and for Healthline as a medical reviewer. Personal experience with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and migraine, but has found relief through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
